Tableaux is a curated chef connection platform. We identify, vet, and introduce qualified personal chefs to clients seeking private culinary services. We are not a staffing agency, a catering company, a booking platform, or an employer of any chef listed on this platform.

All chefs listed on Tableaux are independent contractors operating their own businesses. Tableaux does not employ, supervise, direct, or control the work of any chef. Each chef sets their own rates, manages their own bookings, collects their own payments, and is solely responsible for the services they provide.

Tableaux is not responsible for the quality, safety, legality, or outcome of any culinary services provided by a chef introduced through this platform. All arrangements, contracts, and payments are made directly between the client and the chef. Clients are encouraged to discuss qualifications, insurance, and expectations directly with their chef before engaging their services.

Tableaux does not purchase, supply, serve, or facilitate the service of alcoholic beverages. Any alcohol present at an event is the sole responsibility of the host. Chefs do not hold liquor licenses through Tableaux, and any handling of alcohol by a chef at a client's event is entirely at the discretion and responsibility of the parties involved.

Tableaux reviews each chef's professional background, cuisine style, and experience prior to listing. This review is a professional assessment, not a legal certification. Clients should conduct their own due diligence appropriate to their needs.
